BUF-OR is the longest-standing Black-led and -serving foundation in Oregon and one of the last culturally-specific organizations remaining on historically-Black Northeast Alberta Street. For over 40 years, our programs have increased post-secondary success for youth and provided philanthropic support to underrepresented communities. Your donation helps us expand our mentorship programs, provide more college scholarships for youth of color, support small nonprofits led by and serving Black and other communities of color, and work towards an equitable and resilient future for Portland and the State of Oregon.
